Twintop Organisation - Company History

1996

Dieter Schnepel founded the TWINTOP Organisation in 1996. He and his wife Cornelia König-Schnepel quickly decided not only to sell products but also to build up a service company.

1998

The TWINTOP Organisation achieved rapid success with the project “Car Wash without Water”.  The TWINTOP Organisation registered as an incorporated company (GmbH) in Germany.

Mrs. Cornelia König- Schnepel was appointed Managing Director of the company.

2000

After the turn of the millennium the success story continues with the introduction of additional services (Smart Repair) accompanied by outstanding positive responses from communities and the media. The TWINTOP Organisation established innovative quality standards for its service.

2002

By now other countries are interested to adopt the successful TWINTOP concept.  The company decided to grant foreign licenses based on the TWINTOP principles. The first license was assigned to Spain.

2004

TWINTOP established new concepts for providing new jobs, which is highly supported by local governments and communities.

2006

The TWINTOP Organisation celebrated the 10th anniversary in Dresden.

2008

By now Twintop operates in many countries. In addition to Spain new foreign licenses have been granted to Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, Australia, Greece and Romania. All these countries have adopted the successful TWINTOP concept, proven in Germany. In Germany the first workshops are established and shared as joint Smart repair stations.  In 2008 TWINTOP promotes for the first time new projects with various car dealerships.
