TWINTOP Gesellschaft fuer mobile Fahrzeugpflege, a company incorporated in Germany also known as the TWINTOP Oragnisation is the owner of the German trademark No. 303 54 535 registered at the Deutsches Patent and Markenamt in Munich and of the international trademark No. 82 93 36 registered at the World Interlectual Property Organisation. The Trademark protects the services, the company logo and the following brand names: TWINTOP Organisation, Mobile Vehicle Care and Smart Repair and Car Wash without Water.
TWINTOP have appointed Man-Gol d.o.o. as the sole distributor in Croatia of the TWINTOP range of products and granted Man-Gol d.o.o. the exclusive right to grant non-exclusive licenses to any person in Croatia desirous of purchasing and using the TWINTOP range of products as Man-Gol d.o.o. may in its absolute discretion deem appropriate.
The business client purchases the TWINTOP products, uses and/ or distributes them under his/her own buisness or company name and on his/her own account. The business client may purchase the products from the company at a price level GHP - PG4, based on volume.
All private customers purchase the products at a price level VKP or PKD, if registered. Man-Gol d.o.o. retains the ownership of the products sold to the customer and shall not deliver same until the customer has paid the purchase price in full.
